How quickly do you ship orders?
We ship within 1-3 days from our office in N.Y.C via UPS. PO box addresses will go through the U.S. Post Office.

Where are the products made?
All products are made in the U.S.A. Some are made at our office on Christopher St.

Do you have a store?
No, but our products are sold in selected stores and spas throughout the U.S.A.

If I have a question, is there someone I can call?
Yes, call 212-242-0576 and ask for Valerie or send an e-mail to Valerie@EssenceOfVali.com

What or who is VALI?
Vali is Valerie’s nickname

Are the products safe for elderly people and children?
Yes, with supervision they are very effective for all ages.

Can I use the products if I am pregnant?
Do not use them in the first trimester and then use them if you like the smell. The RELIEF and BALANCE, we recommend NOT using at all.

Will the products go bad?
The shelf life is 2 years on our products.

Can a product be returned for a refund or exchange?
No refunds are given. We can exchange within 10 days with a Return Authorization number. Simply call or e-mail to obtain a RA number and further instructions.
