 Arianna’s new book helped Vali and I come up with the name of our new blog. Now whether you like Ariaanna or not, she’s got a point in this 286-pager. It’s an exceptional tool for anyone looking to come to peace with themselves about why it’s important to get a good night’s rest and how it truly affects our health.

 Coming from the corporate world, I know the truth behind the coffee at the early morning meeting. That truth… people are tired! From the boss at the head of the conference table, to the colleagues who just came in from Chicago on the red eye- a vast majority of them didn't get 8 hours of sleep the night before. Perhaps they were fiddling around with their Powerpoint until 2 am, or up a hundred times thinking about their speech- it’s a good hunch there wasn’t enough sleep for that meeting, or for our 9 am punch in at work on any given day.
