How quickly do you ship orders?
We ship within 1-3 days from our office in N.Y.C via UPS or the post office.

Where are the products made?
All products are made in the U.S.A.

Do you have a store? 
We do not have a store. Our products are sold in selected stores and spas throughout the U.S.A. and through our website.

Are the products safe for elderly people and children?
Yes, with supervision they are very effective for all ages.

Can I use the products if I am pregnant?
Do not use them in the first trimester. Do NOT use Relief or Balance at any time during pregnancy.

What is the shelf life on the products?
The shelf life is 2 years on our products.

Can a product be returned for a refund or exchange?
No refunds are given. We can exchange within 10 days with a Return Authorization number. Simply call or e-mail to obtain a RA number and further instructions.
